Foundry Experience 2025

1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for Foundry Experience 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the event is conditional upon compliance with these terms.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. There will be no refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

At the sole discretion of the event organizers, credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis for use toward future Foundry programs or events. Any credit granted is non-transferable and must be applied within the timeframe specified by the organizers.

3. Chargeback Waiver

By registering for this event, you explicitly agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute the transaction with your bank or credit card company under any circumstances.

You acknowledge that:

• The no-refund policy has been clearly stated and agreed upon before purchase.
• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action to recover the full event fee plus any additional costs incurred.
• If a chargeback is initiated in violation of this agreement, you will be permanently banned from all future Foundry programs and events.

4. Event Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant without refund or credit for:

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Violation of event policies
• Failure to follow instructions from event staff

Attendees are responsible for their own safety, well-being, and property. The organizers assume no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage of belongings.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers—including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue closures, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events—the Foundry Experience 2025 may be postponed, modified, or canceled at the discretion of the organizers.

If such an event occurs, no refunds will be issued. The organizers may provide alternative solutions, including rescheduling or issuing credits toward future events, but are under no obligation to do so.

6. Accommodations & Assignments

Event accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early Bird Special and Foundry Connect Members receive priority placement in the primary house. Once the primary house reaches capacity, remaining attendees will be assigned to overflow housing of equal quality.

By registering, you understand that placement in the primary house is not guaranteed.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in Foundry Experience 2025, you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with travel, participation, or physical activities at the event. You waive all claims against the event organizers, sponsors, and partners for injuries, damages, or losses incurred before, during, or after the event.

You agree to hold harmless the event organizers and affiliated parties from any liability arising from your participation.

8. Photography & Media Release

By attending this event, you grant the organizers the right to capture, use, and distribute photos, videos, and other media content that may feature you. This content may be used for promotional purposes without compensation or additional approval.

If you have privacy concerns, you must notify the organizers in writing prior to the event.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert Location], and participants waive any right to litigation.

10. Agreement to Terms

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full. You understand that there are no refunds and that participation is contingent upon compliance with all event policies.
